Happy 16th Birthday Uncle Jeffrey!

In keeping with a time-honored tradition, my mother showed up at my younger brother's high school today with a clown, balloons, and cupcakes! oh yea. Penelope and Millie thought it was fantastic, but of course the 16 year old was more than embarrassed. He had heard about this tradition for years--the time my mother came to my school with a bouquet of mylar balloons while dressed as a clown for my sister and my 16th bday... and he didn't think it would happen to him?! come on! I told Penelope to just wait, her day would come. She thinks it's great now, wait 10 years! ha! I managed to embarrass myself a little bit, wearing my "Tex Fan" balloon hat like a good fan, and Penelope was proud to read her self published birthday book to Uncle --complete with secret surprise flaps!! Go P!

Harvest Days for Halloween!

It was a gorgeous day on the Saturday before Halloween, and the Ferron kids and the Brown girls hung out for some Harvest fun! The girls got beads in their hair--so fun! And look, Penelope's hair is straight! She wanted to have hair like Gabbie. So cute!







Penelope is determined to be a photographer, so she took the camera and turned it on me! I thought she did a great job... and Sandra and I had fun! We made the wreaths for the holidays!

Halloween Pumpkins!
