So since I've been so behind in documenting the exciting experiences of the Brown girls, I'll just have to recount a few things... last week was spent at the Farmer's Market, at the park, and at Leapfrog in Emeryville, where Penelope was a test subject for a new product that Leapfrog is developing! Millie is currently testing a new product at home---it's fun to be a part of the latest toys and gadets that are being produced. We spent the day with the Ferrons, hanging out in Emeryville at Leapfrog and Ikea! Going into Ikea is an adventure in itself--- and of course we stopped off at Daddy's office to check out his work digs.
So much as been going on lately, that I am just going to post a taste of each thing here... one or two shots. If something appeals to you, my one fan, and you want more pics, go ahead and leave a comment and I'll post some more!!
The last week of Kindergarten, Penelope's Daisy group had a party to promote them from Daisys to Brownies! They all got daisy necklaces and these adorable Daisy posters that they made to commemorate the Daisy truths. What a fun group of girls. I'm so glad Penelope is part of this group.
Safari West! For our 12th anniversary, we took the girls up to Calistoga for some fun with the giraffes and cheetahs! We spent the night in a Safari tent-cabin and listened to the roaring of animals all night. Penelope and Brett rode on the top of the jeep as we traveled through the Safari checking out the various African animals, and my budding photographer daughter took this one of the giraffes!
For Brett's birthday, I surprised him with tickets to see the Police! They were having a reunion concert the day after Brett's birthday, so how could i NOT buy him tickets?? Our seats were incredible, we were about as high up as you could get in an outdoor stadium, so we could see all of San Francisco!
Visit to the San Francisco Aquarium! For our first Adventure Friday, we got to see Piranas, Penguins, and other cool fish...
