Jules is up for the week, and today was baking day! it took all day to make two measly pies, but when you EAT these pies, you'll know they are worth every minute. I love my apple/peeler/corer contraption, thanks to a gift from my mother a few years ago. Millie was excited about the spaghetti-like strings that resulted from the peeling! A great way to get kids to eat their apples!

Hi Joy,
I love all of the pictures. We miss you so. Millie's hair is getting so long and Penelope looks very grown-up.
Both Kathryn and Rachel were black cats for one of our Halloween events. Our two sets of girls still have the same interests even though they are 800+ miles apart.
